Once you read all the instructions thoroughly, now you can start online PF registration of establishment at Online EPF RegistrationHere you need to click on register.

Once we click on register button then we are redirected to another page, here we need to enter all the required details like name of the employer, address of the employer, PAN card number of the employer, email id and mobile number. After entering all those details EPFO will send a PIN number to registered mobile number.

After entering PIN number click on registration then with 48 hours EPFO will send a temporary user id and password to registered email id. Now we need to login to employer   portal , there we have to enter EPF Form 5  A details and upload any one of the above said address proof of establishment which was signed by digital signature.

After entering all the required details in Form 5A click on submit, then with in 2-3 days PF code number will be allotted and which will be sent to your registered email id. Once you got the PF code number then you can change EPFO portal user id and password.
